Cant say that I have looked but I imagine that a lot of says republish Wikipedia. I could see some of them removing nofollow since the links in Wikipedia very often is very good and hence maybe see that they would increase possibility to traffic with especially Google (I remember now something I saw comining Wikipedia pages with data from similar web references).

Maybe such pages would add up to some power with Google even you dont rank each on any position visible.

Well this isn't exactly what I would have liked to hear Matt but thanks for the clarity on the significance (or lack of) links from Wikipedia.

That will save us valuable resources.

Would be really good to get subtitles or at least the option for subtitles on your videos Matt. Your sign language isn't exactly up to scratch...

Let's say for instance, one large company (with a large 50K+ website and good SEO) acquires another company within the same industry (which also has a large 50K+ website and good SEO). Since the acquisition, both sites now provide links back and fourth between one another. Would using nofollow in this circumstance make sense?

Personally I hope they keep the nofollow attribute on all of my blogs and sites I use them constantly only giving away link juice to those deserving rather than anyone. If wiki went do follow it would be hit with hundreds of thousands of spammers all placing crap just to get a backlink.

Hi Matt, I'm listing items from eBay in my site through their RSS Feeds and I was wondering if this links should have the "no follow" attribute? I'll appreciate if you can answer me that question. Thank you!!

Hi Mat, didn't know to who else to complain to se here it goes: there is no option to insert hyperlink into google docs spreadsheet that i want to embed in my page. There is probably a good reason for this, but i am still hoping that google just forgot to do this :)
