ครับ เรายอมรับเลยว่าช่วงหลังๆด้วยภารกิจ ทำให้เว็บสุขภาพนี้ถูกละเลยไป จนกระทั่งมาดูอีกที พบว่า เนื้อหา มันทั้งช่างล้าสมัย และไม่มีการเคลื่อนไหวเหมือนเว็บที่ dead โดยเฉพาะในโซนสุขภาพ ที่ google พยายามให้เราเป็น authority(เห็นได้จาก แม้เนื้อหาน้อย พี่แกยังพยายามดันให้ขึ้นอันดับ) ส่วนเนื้อหาอื่นๆ พากันร่วงอย่างน่าใจหาย รวมถึงการ de-index เว็บร้านค้าอเมซอน ซึ่งก็เป็นเรื่องปกติของการเปลี่ยนแปลงครับ กูเกิ้ลคงให้โอกาสเรามาแล้วว่า จงทำเว็บสุขภาพให้ดี แต่เรามาทำเล่นทำหัวกับข่าว วีดีโอ ไร้สาระ และเกมส์ซะส่วนมาก
ก็มาถึงจุดที่ว่า เราจะเอาอย่างไรดี กับเว็บ 8 ปีที่มี 30 subdomains กว่าๆ แต่อัพเดตโดยคนคนเดียวแบบกระท่อนกระแท่นนี้ ก็ยอมรับอีกเช่นกันถ้าบอกว่า ให้เวลากับมันเพิ่ม ซึ่งตอนนี้หนักหนาเลยเพราะมันไม่ใช่ทั้งหมดของชีวิตผม คิดอย่างงี้ เมื่อตอนอายุเริ่มมาก อยากพักมากกว่านี้ อยากดูแลครอบครัวบ้าง
เป็นสิ่งที่ชี้ให้เห็นว่า ตัวเราเอง ทำงานไม่เป็น เพราะขาดการหาทีมงานมาทำ ก็ต้องเหนื่อยคนเดียว เฮ่อบ่นมามาก มาดูว่าเราปรับปรุงอะไรไปบ้างนะครับ ตั้งแต่กลางเดือน สค. เรามีการปรับปรุงดังนี้
1. มีการปรับรูปแบบเกมส์ และลงเนื้อหาใหม่(น่าจะลง sandbox ไปหลายเดือน) กำลังต่อสู้ด้วยเนื้อหาอยู่
2. ปิด techno, workshop,top100 อะไรที่ไม่เข้าท่าลบไปก่อน
3. กำลังพิจารณาหาทีมงานมาช่วยเรื่องข่าว music video ครับ

เพิ่งมาทราบหลังจากคนเข้าเว็บมาคอมเมนท์ไม่ได้ เป็นเกือบครึ่งปี ! :(

แต่ตอนนี้ หมอลักษณ์ฟันธง ผิดแน่นอนครับ (และเราก็ละอายด้วยว่า เกิดไป practice แบบนี้ไปกับเขา แต่เลิกแล้วด้วย) ด้วยข้อหานี้เลย ไม่ตรงกับ webmaster guideline ด้วยข้อหา load page with irrerevant keywords or doorway ถึงแม้เราจะเอาเหตุผลเข้าข้างตัวเองว่า มันมี content นะ หรือ ไม่ได้ชักจูงไปที่อื่นๆ หรือ ไม่ได้มีแต่ keyword อย่างเดียวนะ แต่ผิดก็คือผิดครับ จะเปลี่ยนมาเป็นถูกไม่ได้หรอก

traffic มันยั่วยวนครับ แต่การกระทำแบบนี้ไม่ดีกับเด็ก และเยาวชน ที่ก่อให้เกิดการชักจูงในทางที่ไม่ดี เลิกได้ก็ดีครับ โดนฟาดจาก google ไปหลายเว็บแล้ว น่าจะเลิกกันได้แล้วก่อนจะโดนดี

Google’s Vice President of Engineering Adam Bosworth lobbies for the program for quite a while now. Adam said the current US health care system is challenged when it comes to “supporting caregivers and communicating between different medical organizations.” Adam went on to say that people “need the medical information that is out there and available to be organized and made accessible to all … Health information should be easier to access and organize, especially in ways that make it as simple as possible to find the information that is most relevant to a specific patient’s needs.” Adam adds that this – making information accessible – happens to be along Google’s mission.

หันมาดูช่วงหลังๆ เล่นตามกระแส ไปผลุบอยู่ที่ community นั่นบ้างนี่บ้าง กะว่าจะได้ link popularity สูงๆ แต่ลืมว่า การทำให้เพิ่ม popularity นั้น แท้ที่จริง เกิดแก่ตัวตนเอง ที่มีรูปแบบเว็บที่น่าติดตาม น่าสนใจ

บางครั้ง ด้วยความผูกพัน เกิดไปคิดว่าสังคมที่อยู่ มันคือตัวเรา ก็เลยเกิดการขัดใจไปตามอัตตา นึกดูอีกที เออ ไม่ใช่เว็บเรานี่หว่า ไม่ว่าจะเป็นสังคม phpnuke ,web design ,seo,music,lyrics ,health, etc. หันมามองแบบเข้าตน อืม เราละเลยความสำคัญของพื้นฐาน ที่รองรับเรามาตั้ง 5 ปี

เราลืมโค๊ดในมือตั้ง 3-4 gig หลายหมื่นบรรทัด ที่รอการพัฒนา

เราลืม web 2.0 ที่ใครก็ทำได้ไม่แซบเหมือนเรา(แซบนี่ไม่ใช่เก่งนะคับ แซบคือแซบ)

เลยมองย้อนกลับสู่ โซนสามัญที่สุด คือ หน้าหลัก ที่ต้องการการปรับปรุงอีกมากมาย และรอวันแจกจ่ายไปตามสังคม opensource

เนื้อหา ที่อัพเดตถึงใจแจกจ่ายฟรี รวมกันนี่แหละคือ เว็บไซด์ของจริง

ด้วยอานิสงส์อันนั้น มันเลยติดมาจนทุกวันนี้ ที่หน้าเว็บมีจำนวนลิงค์มาก มี sitewide คือลิงค์ที่ตามไปทุกหน้าเว็บเยอะ โปรแกรมที่ใช้ทำก็ buggy (phpnuke)พอควร ต้องปรุงต้องแต่ง มากมาย พอช่วงหลัง ๆ ก็ได้พบว่า แนวทางแบบนี้ น่าจะผิดหลายอย่างคือ

  1. ลิงค์บนหน้าเว็บเยอะมากไปทำให้พลัง seo (แน้ บัญญัติศัพท์เอง)ลดลง พอมา redesign หน้าหลักของ thaihealth ใหม่ โอ้โห เยี่ยมขึ้นเยอะ ตามการตรวจสอบจาก google webmaster tool
  2. ลิงค์ที่ footer ที่เป็น site wide ก่อให้เกิดปัญหามากครับ แบบนึกไม่ถึง มันคุมยาก มันก่อให้เกิด sandbox ในเว็บที่ลิงค์ไปหา และล่าสุดคือ ก่อให้เกิด de-index แม้กระทั่งเว็บในโดเมนเดียวกัน
  3. จากจำนวนหน้าที่มาก subdomain ที่เยอะมาก ก่อให้เกิดปัญหาโดยเฉพาะ qualityของเว็บ
  4. จากจำนวนลิงค์เข้าที่มากเกินไป แบบมาจาก IP เดียวกัน จากการสแปม forum ก่อให้เกิดปัญหาคุณภาพลิงค์เข้า และ sandbox

ด้วยเหตุดังกล่าว จึงต้องมีการ redesign โดยด่วน แต่การปรับปรุงเว็บ 700,000 กว่าหน้าและ 25 subdomain นี่ คงต้องค่อยๆ ทำ มิฉะนั้น อาจสมองบวมตายได้ง่ายๆจาก web intoxication หุหุ

pagerank 6 =4 เวบในเครือ

pagerank 5 =44 เว็บในเครือ รวมทุก subdomain อย่างนี้หลายๆท่านที่คุม sub คงยิ้มแก้มแทบปริ ดีแล้วครับและควบคุมผลงานท่านต่อไปเพื่อสู่จุดหมาย คือ ข้อมูลที่ส่งให้ตรงจุด ครอบคลุม และเป็นอันดับ 1 อยู่เสมอ

อื่นๆ อีก 300-400 เว็บ pagerank 2-4 ส่วนใหญ่คือหน้ารองๆ คงต้องมีการพัฒนาและปรับปรุงต่อไป

จุดมุ่งหมาย อัพเดตครั้งหน้า คือคงอันดับ 1 ต่อไปใน SERPS และ 1 เว็บ pagerank 7 กับอีก30 เว็บ pagerank 6 เราจะคอยดูกันครับ
