แก้สีหน่าตาเว็บบอร์ดทำไงครับ

อยากแก้สีหน้าตา webboard phpbb2 เช่น สีพื้นหลัง สีตัวอักษร ฯลฯ ต้องทำยังไงครับ ผมลองเข้าไปดูที่ไฟล์
C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\phpbb\templates\subSilver\subSilver.css
ลองแก้สีดูแล้ว แต่พอดูที่เว็บมันไม่มีอะไรเปลี่ยนแปลง

และลองเข้าไปดูที่ไฟล์
C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\phpbb\templates\subSilver\overall_header.tpl

เป็นโค๊ดดังนี้ ไม่รู้จะแก้สียังไง ช่วยแนะนำด้วยครับต้องแก้ที่ไหน
